Two Avenue Road is a luxury apartment development by Oxford Properties in the Yorkville neighbourhood of Toronto, Canada.
The building's luxury pedigree as the "Park Plaza" and a reimagining of classic hollywood luxury was the focus of this concept. Architectural details mixed with cinematic vignettes defined the aesthetic and worked to restore the property's icon status.
